LEVEL 1A and 1B will give you a strong foundation of color knowledge and know-how. These courses are designed to give you complete confidence in guiding customers in their color selection process and answering their questions about color. Everyone will complete these two courses.
CONTINUE YOUR LEARNING
Level 2-5 courses are geared toward the employee that wants to learn even more about working with color and/or is already one of the people recommending colors. If that is you and you are interested in continuing on in this program, please let your program administrator know you would like to enroll. LEVEL 2 goes into more depth about selecting interior colors. You will learn how to engage the customer in the process of putting together interior color schemes that are perfect for their home and lifestyle. You will be able to provide excellent service, increase sales, and gain your customer's loyalty. You will also set yourself apart by being a color resource for your customers and colleagues.
LEVEL 3 takes color outside the home. You will learn a simple but very effective system for putting together beautiful exterior color schemes. You will know how to guide customers in choosing colors that work cohesively with the many materials that are used on a home's exterior. At the completion of this course you will have the skill to help customers with every residential paint project and most small commercial projects.
LEVEL 4 puts the focus on color for commercial projects. This course adds to your color skills opening up a new business opportunity by being able to successfully work with those in the commercial paint business.
LEVEL 5 is for the person who has succeeded in the previous courses setting themselves apart as a Color Specialist. This course gives you the added skills needed to share your color expertise doing in-home consultations, being a dynamic speaker in your community talking about color, and reaching out to the market speaking to real estate agents, community organizations, and design schools.
